Why do I watch Greys?

Currently watching Grey's and the docs are standing around talking and "helping out" with Bailey's child's care after the kid had a bookcase fall on him? HUH????? Ok, I know it is a TV show, but could they be at LEAST a little realistic? Seriously? (harhar)

Wouldn't HIPAA play a part in that? And dont these docs have anything else to do? Bailey's kid cant possibly be the only patient in the hospital...or perhaps the faith healer is taking care of everyone else. Oh WAIT, I got it!!!! The NURSES are taking care of everyone...makes total sense now.
