Stupid barking dog...

AGGG! Why is he barking while I am reading about acryocyanosis, nevus flammeus, and Sturge-Weber disease, etc, etc???? WHY?? Why?? Can the neighbor hear him? Does he not realize his dog is right outside our bedroom (and office) window. AGGG! Make him stop...I have a test on this--in two days...need to go somewhere else to study, but can't. I like my neighbor. But his dog...UGH! *woof, woof, woof*
